These Recyclobot Terms and Conditions are between Recyclobot Pty Ltd (ABN 65 661 461 016) and you and govern Your use of the Recyclobot (Terms). These Terms form a binding agreement between You and Us.
To use the Recyclobot services, you must become a Member of Our Recyclobot Program by signing up for an Account via the Recyclobot app which is available in the App store and Google play store.
When You create an account with Us, You must provide Us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in delay of request of Your account on Our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under Your password, whether Your password is with Our Service or a Third-Party Social Media Service.
You agree not to disclose Your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of Your account and change the password immediately.
You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than You without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company.

Payment Terms: We will credit Points to Members participating in the scheme in States or Territories of Australia where Container Deposit Legislation and a 10-cent refund for recycling drink containers is in place.
All payments to You are made using direct Bank transfer once requested by the user. In using the Website or the Services or when making any payment in relation to your use of the Services, you warrant that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions which are available.
Once your eligible container is accepted by Recyclobot Bots in accordance with these Terms.
We credit your Recyclobot account with a corresponding number of Recyclobot Points per the Terms and Conditions.
Once you're requested to transfer the points to your registered bank account through direct bank transfer or PayID, we will process the payment within 3 - 5 business days.
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms.
By using the Website and mobile application, You agree that the then current version of these Terms have read, understood and agreed,
If You do not agree to these Terms, You must immediately cease use of the Website and the Services.
